We offer a variety of shipping carriers and options such as Free Shipping, Flat Rate Shipping, Express Delivery and Rush Processing. See the options listed on this page for more information.
Note: Keep in mind that while we may process your order, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
FREE SHIPPING COST OFFER
Shipping: information, costs, and terms
- FREE shipping for all order period until May 30, 2023
- The shipping date shown on our website is the estimated time when we will hand over your order to the appropriate shipping service provider. In exceptional cases, this may result in different delivery dates.
Our prices include statutory VAT (GST) but are net of shipping costs.
REE Shipping costs for deliveries to all countries include Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore and Switzerland, are calculated with country-specific VAT.
- Complete bicycles are delivered in our special BikeGuard box, which carries an additional charge displayed in the calculator above.
For deliveries to non-EU countries, import charges, customs duties, and public charges may apply in the country of destination. These costs are to be borne by the Customer.
- All shipping takes place with DHL or UPS. Within the EU, any missing articles will be delivered to you subsequently and free of charge. Every delivery we send is insured during the shipping process. When you receive your delivery, please immediately check for external damage. You must report any damage to the shipping company within 24 hours of receipt. The shipping company will issue you with a confirmation of your damage report. When you return your order, enclose this confirmation and a copy of your receipt together with the goods in the original packaging. Before returning the package to us, please contact us by phone so that we can discuss the procedure with you.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
To get you onto your next level of cycling as quickly as possible, we offer multiple shipping options. Postal Service, UPS (United Parcel Service), FedEx, and DHL Worldwide Express. And no worries, all your options have tracking available and are insured.
SIGN FOR DELIVERY (SIGNATURE WAIVER)
We care about your items as much as you do, so to help you keep peace of mind of when your package is delivered, we default to having a signature required for delivery. But there is always the option to not sign for delivery if you prefer.
If you would like to sign for your package (i.e., they can’t deliver it unless someone signs for it), then in the shipping options leave the “signature for delivery” box UNCHECKED.
SHIPPING TIMES
The Local order will take 1-3 Business day and International 7-14 Business day. Want to get your items the fastest? Orders placed by 2:00pm GMT typically ship same day. However, during weekends, holidays, and unexpected spikes in order volume, it make take us a little bit longer to get your order out.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Super Saver Shipping
Let’s face it, no one really likes paying shipping. You’re already purchasing an incredibly cool new bike and adding shipping on top of the taxes and fees feels like a leaky tire on the road of fun.
It’s because of that bothersome shipping fee that we decided to change how we do shipping.
Enter in our “Super Saver Shipping.” In short, when you shop with us, you’ll almost never* have to pay full price on shipping.
With our Super Saver Shipping, Performance Bicycle pays a portion, if not all, of the shipping cost. So you can focus on getting on the road with your crew instead of doing math.
Just a heads up, orders using our “Super Saver Shipping” method may take up to 10 business days for delivery as we use the most cost-effective shipping option.
*Super Saver Shipping does not apply to clearance items.
FREE SHIPPING AN ORDER OVER US$1999
We are happy to announce that we offer free shipping on most orders over US$1999 (excluding taxes, fees, & gift certificates)*.
On product pages with orders that exceed US$1999, you will see either the text “Free Shipping Eligible” or “Super Saver Shipping,” don’t worry they mean the same thing!
We use the most cost-effective shipping option, so orders using our Free Shipping method may take up to 14 business days.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
US$90.00 Flat Rate Shipping applies to merchandise sitewide with smaller and lighter shipping requirements. All eligible items including motor, engine, parts and accessories will be marked with the text “US$90.00 Flat Rate shipping” with delivery time 2-7 day for Local order and 10-14 business days for international.
There are no minimum order values to meet! So you can order as often, or get as many items as you want, for only US$90.00. We understand there are just some parts you’ll need to regularly purchase, and we want those to get to you as conveniently as possible.
Offer applies to all eligible orders shipped within Local and International “Discount Super Saver Shipping“.
SATURDAY DELIVERY SHIPPING
Do you usually ride with your crew on Sunday and need a Saturday delivery? We’ve got you covered! Your Saturday delivery dates will be listed for each shipping method during checkout.
To see your Saturday shipping options, please check the box labeled “Saturday Delivery.”
Note: Postal Service Saturday deliveries are not always guaranteed.
Return Policy
At Mazbikes Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Note: Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused item and accessories within 60 days of receipt.
The following rules apply to returns:
To make a return for a refund, please follow these guidelines:
- Returns will only be accepted within 60 days of purchase.
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original, undamaged packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required
- Credit will be issued to the original payment type used for the purchase. If a digital gift card was redeemed, this payment method will be credited first.
How to returns order step by step below:
1. Log in
To initiate your return, log in via your MyAccount or go to the order tracking area. Go to your order history and click on the order you wish to return. In the Order Tracking area, please enter your order number and your e-mail address.
2. Fill in
Now click on the return button and fill in all fields on the following page. This makes the return process easier for you and us and makes it much faster. Select or fill in the fields:
– The items to be returned in the order
– The invoice number your order
– The reason for returning the product/s
– In case of a defect, additional description is required
3. Submit
When you have filled out everything, send us your return request. We have now received your returns application.
4. Prepare return shipment
From here on we take over and check your data. If we have any questions about your return, a service employee will contact you and go through any questions with you. Afterwards, or if all your return details are sufficient and correct, you will receive an e-mail with a link to create the return label on your own.
5. Return
Now attach the return label to the package and follow the further instructions in the e-mail.
6. Processing and refunds
As soon as your shipment arrives, we’ll let you know. The shipment will then be checked for the consistency of the data provided. If everything is correct, you will be refunded the full amount for the specified items as quickly as possible using the payment data provided or entered and your return is complete. Please note that the processing and refund of your return may take 7-14 working days. Should we find out during the examination of your return that one of the items registered for the return is missing or damaged, we will contact you again.
Return Method
For items purchased online, you can send them back for a full refund within 60 days, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned with any packaging that form part of the goods with a valid proof of purchase.
If your item is faulty, please complete and include the returns form with your goods when sending it back to us. Please retain your proof of postage as we will need that to reimburse you the cost of the return for the faulty items. This will be done once the return has been processed.

If your item is faulty, we will provide a full refund. Please provide a valid proof of purchase. Unfortunately, you can’t return items which deteriorate or expire rapidly, magazines, items that are sealed for hygiene reasons with the seal broken or any items that have been inseparably mixed after delivery.
Payment Refunds
How will I receive a refund ?
We try and process all returns as quickly as possible for you to get your refund. You should receive a confirmation email within a week of having returned the item but it takes longer sometimes.
Any refunds will be refunded to the same payment method you used when you placed the order.
If your order was paid part or in full by a gift card, the refund will be issued as a gift card or evoucher up to the value of the gift card you used. At which point, any funds owed that are remaining will be refunded onto the other payment methods used.
Why have I been refunded for an item instead of it being exchanged ?
When you send back an item for an exchange it depends on stock availability at the time. If we don’t have the item you want to exchange to, we will process a refund instead.
You should receive an email with the details of your return and if we are providing you with an exchange or a refund.
When will I receive a refund ?
We try and process all returns as quickly as possible for you to get your refund, but please give us 7 days to process your return. You should receive a confirmation email when this is done. After this, it may take up to another 7 days for the money to get back to your payment method, as this depends on the banks’ processes. At certain times of the year, the process time will be longer, like around Christmas and public holidays.
I can’t see a refund on my Bank statement
Please allow 7 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
